European Union Shipping & Delivery Policy

SYLA Swim ships to selected European Union destinations using a tracked international delivery service.

Delivery Service & Cost

EU Tracked delivery is available at checkout for a flat rate of £14.95.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate only and may be affected by customs processing, local delivery networks, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Please allow time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, VAT & Import Charges

SYLA Swim is based in the United Kingdom. Orders sent to the European Union are international imports.

We do not currently use the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). This means that local VAT, customs duties, handling fees and any other import charges are not collected by SYLA Swim at checkout.

These charges, where applicable, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Your local customs authority or delivery provider may contact you to arrange payment before your order can be released for delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because import charges are refused, the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, or the parcel is not collected, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return or customs charges incurred from any refund due.

Delivery Delays

We will always do our best to help where a delivery is delayed. However, customs clearance and local carrier delays are outside of our control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
