North America Shipping & Delivery Policy

SYLA Swim ships to Canada, Mexico and the United States using a tracked international delivery service.

Delivery Service & Cost

North America Tracked delivery is available at checkout for a flat rate of £15.95.

Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate only and may be affected by customs processing, local delivery networks, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Please allow time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

SYLA Swim is based in the United Kingdom. Orders sent to North America are international imports.

Local sales taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage charges and other import costs may apply depending on the destination country, product classification and order value. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges required to release their order from customs.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because import charges are refused, the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, or the parcel is not collected, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return or customs charges incurred from any refund due.

Delivery Delays

We will always do our best to help where a delivery is delayed. However, customs clearance and local carrier delays are outside of our control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
